This contract (the “Contract”) is entered into between the Australian Catholic University (“ACU”) and the student enrolled in the joint Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice/Bachelor of Laws program (the “Student”).
WHEREAS, the Student seeks to enroll in the joint degree program offered by ACU in the field of criminology and criminal justice and laws;
AND WHEREAS, ACU has established a joint degree program that allows students to pursue studies in both criminology and criminal justice and laws simultaneously;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:
